For jet skis, you need to be at least 16 years old (accompanied by an adult) or 18 years old to drive solo. To rent boats without a license you must be over 18. For banana ride and group activities the minimum age is 8 years, always accompanied by an adult.

You don't need a license for most of our activities. Jet skis are driven with an instructor accompanying you. For some larger boats a navigation license is required, but our Marinello rental boats don't need one (navigation up to 2 miles from the coast).

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions don't allow the activity to be carried out safely, we offer to change the date at no extra cost or a full refund. We will notify you as far in advance as possible if there's a forecast for cancellation.

We recommend bringing swimwear, water-resistant sunscreen, a towel and footwear that can get wet. We provide life jackets and all necessary safety equipment. If you wear sunglasses, make sure you have a strap to secure them.

Absolutely. Before each activity we conduct a mandatory safety briefing. All participants wear certified life jackets. Our qualified instructors are always present and our vessels undergo periodic technical inspections. We comply with all current maritime regulations.

You can cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, there will be no refund, except for duly justified force majeure. We will also send you a reminder email 24 hours before the excursion. For changes, contact us by phone or email.

Our jet skis have capacity for 1 or 2 people. Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult. The maximum combined weight is 180 kg. If you're a large group, we can organize simultaneous departures with several jet skis.

It's recommended to know how to swim, although we provide certified life jackets to all participants. For activities like banana ride or jet skis, where there's a possibility of falling into the water, knowing how to swim provides greater confidence and safety.

We have two locations: in Gandía we are at the Port of Gandía (Paseo Marítimo, next to the Nautical Club) and in Altea we are at the Marina of Altea (Alicante). Both locations have nearby parking and easy access.

We accept credit/debit card payment (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. Payment is made at the time of booking to confirm your spot. We also accept cash payment at our facilities for last-minute bookings.

Of course. We offer discounts for groups of 4 or more people. For very large groups (stag parties, team building, events) contact us directly and we'll prepare a personalized quote with combined activities and special prices.

We have a 15-minute courtesy margin. After that time, the booking may be cancelled without the right to a refund, as schedules are organized to not affect other customers. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for the safety briefing.
