Legal Basis
The consent of the data subject when making a reservation or sending the contact form, and the execution of the service contract.
Retention
Booking data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal obligations (maximum 5 years for tax obligations).
Recipients and processors
To provide the service, we may disclose or host data with technology and payment providers that act as data processors or independent providers depending on the case, including database and authentication services, transactional email delivery, calendar synchronisation and the online payment gateway. When any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR will apply.

Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to watersportsnautica@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cancellation Policy
For water activity bookings, we will send a reminder email at least 24 hours before the excursion. We recommend checking your inbox and spam folder so you don't miss any communication regarding your booking.
Cancellations by the customer
- Cancellations communicated more than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations communicated less than 24 hours in advance will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you fail to show up for the activity at the indicated time, the booking will be considered consumed without the right to a refund.
Force majeure
If the cancellation is due to a duly justified force majeure, the company may consider a date change or a full refund, depending on availability and the nature of the supporting documentation provided.
Cancellation due to weather conditions or safety
If the activity cannot be carried out due to weather, safety or operational reasons beyond the customer's control, a date change or full refund will be offered. The final decision on cancellation due to sea conditions lies with the skipper or activity manager in accordance with DGMM instructions.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period of performance. These bookings are governed by the cancellation conditions stated on this website.
General Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These conditions govern the contracting of water activity services offered through this website.
Bookings
- The booking is confirmed upon payment or receipt of the transfer/Bizum payment proof
- You must be over 18 years old to pilot jet skis. Minors can participate as passengers with authorization
- The use of the provided life jacket is mandatory
- The pilot must present a valid ID or passport
- Applicable regulations: Royal Decree 259/2002 on jet skis and other DGMM nautical regulations
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation more than 24h in advance: 100% refund
- Cancellation less than 24h in advance: no refund
- Cancellation due to duly justified force majeure: date change or full refund will be considered
- Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions: date change or full refund offered
Liability
The user agrees to follow the instructor's instructions and safety rules. Non-compliance may result in early termination of the activity without the right to a refund.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
